It is a quiet apartment block with people living around. Kids park is located 100m back of the building, grocery shopping is 200m away. The beach is 500m away, but whole coast around Lovran is full of beautifull beaches that you can explore. We recomend trips to Istria, islands Cres, Mali Losinj or Krk, oldest tourist town Opatija, historic towns Moscenice, Veprinac and Kastav.

The apartment is in city bus area for Rijeka, free parking is in front of the building where other tenants park.
